Abstract
This Ministerial Decree stipulates that state surveys shall be carried out for the purpose of setting conditions for rational subsoil management, registering minerals and plots of subsoil conceded for mineral extraction, establishing charges for subsoil management, and assessing the quantity and quality of mined minerals. The state expertise may be carried out at any stage of subsoil extraction. State registration of minerals shall be done in accordance with the conclusions of the state survey, which shall utilize documentation and data analysis related to mineral extraction. State surveys shall be carried out by the Federal Subsoil Management Agency.
