Ministerial Decree No. 69 validating the Regulation on federal state quarantine phytosanitary supervision.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out federal state quarantine phytosanitary supervision with a view prevention, identification and suppression of offences by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in the sphere of ensuring plant quarantine. The aforesaid supervision shall be carried out by Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Service. Federal state supervision shall consist of: (a) organization of inspection and checking of storage, transportation, processing, application and trade of the objects due to quarantine inspection; and (b) frontier phytosanitary and quarantine control and checking.
