Ministerial Decree No. 724 of 2000 regarding amendment of tariffs for the calculation of damage to aquatic biodiversity.

The Government, for the purpose of conservation of precious species of aquatic biodiversity, including those recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation, decrees to make the following amendments to the Ministerial Decree No. 515 of 1994: a) to substitute the expression «territorial waters» in paragraph 1 with «internal sea, territorial sea»; b) to give a new wording to the tariffs (as follows); c) to validate the new tariffs for the calculation of damage caused by citizens, juridical persons and stateless persons by annihilation, illegal catch or harvest of aquatic biodiversity, recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation, in the internal fishing water basins, internal sea, territorial sea, continental shelf and Exclusive Economic Zone.
