Abstract
This Ministerial Decree regards decision-making on allocation of aquatic biological resources for fisheries for scientific research, control, educational, fish farming, stock enhancement and acclimatization purposes carried out by the Federal Fisheries Agency. The applicants shall submit the following documentation: (a) program of research, certified availability of fishing gear and fishing vessels; and (b) certified availability of equipment and facilities (for acclimatization and fish farming). Applications for fisheries for scientific research and control purposes shall be submitted by 1 August of the previous year, applications for educational purposes shall be submitted by 15 October of the previous year and applications for fish farming, stock enhancement and acclimatization purposes shall be submitted by 1 May of the previous year.
