Ministerial Decree No. 775 validating the Regulation on licensing of certain activities related to subsoil exploration and management.

This Ministerial Decree applies to the licensing of exploration of subsoil and well sinking (except for thermal water) to national and foreign legal and natural persons. A separate licence shall be issued for each type of activity, but one legal or natural person may hold several licences. Licences shall be non-transferable. Applicants shall submit the following documentation: (a) application; (b) copy of statutory documents; (c) copy of state registration of enterprise; (d) receipt for payment of fee; (e) tax inspection registration certificate; and (f) availability of technical equipment and technological capacity. Licences shall be issued for each specific activity and shall have a minimum duration of three years.
