Abstract
Items 5-7 shall acquire the following wording: “5. Total allowable catch related to quota (catch) of aquatic bioresources for research and control purposes shall be set by the Federal Fisheries Agency on the grounds of annual aquatic resources research plan. 6. Total allowable catch related to quota (catch) of aquatic bioresources for instructional, educational and cultural purposes shall be set by the Federal Fisheries Agency in accordance with applications submitted by citizens and legal persons in conformity with validated plans of instruction and cultural and educational activity. 7. Total allowable catch related to quota (catch) of aquatic bioresources for fish farming, stock enhancement and acclimatization of aquatic bioresources shall be set by the Federal fisheries Agency in accordance with applications submitted by citizens and legal persons in conformity with validated programmes of fish farming, stock enhancement and acclimatization work”.
