Abstract
The Premier decrees to complement paragraph 3 of the Regulation on compensation of damages caused to land owners, landlords, land tenants and lessees of agricultural damages with the following passage: “Land survey projects must be submitted to state ecological expertise”. Paragraph 2 of the item 10 of the Ministerial Decree No.594 of 1995 must be supplemented with the following wording: “positive resolution of state ecological expertise (as regards programs that may have environmental impact)”; item 12 must be supplemented with the following wording: “positive resolution of state ecological expertise (as regards programs that may have environmental impact)”.
