Abstract
President of the Council of Ministers establishes as follows: (a) Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology shall determine terms and conditions for issuance of licences for energy production with the use of tides, streams and wind in Exclusive Economic Zone of the Russian Federation; (b) Federal Supervision Service in the Sphere of Nature Management shall issue licences for waste disposal on continental shelf of the Russian Federation; (c) Federal Hydrometeorological and Environmental Monitoring Service shall carry out state environmental monitoring in Exclusive Economic Zone of the Russian Federation; and (d) Federal Subsoil Management Agency shall issue licences for exploration, prospecting and mining on continental shelf of the Russian Federation.
