Abstract
Paragraph two of the Item 14 shall acquire a new wording: “carrying out regular observation of the state of bottom, banks, state and management of water conservation zones and changes in morphometric properties of waterbodies or parts thereof pertaining to federal property and located on the territory of a region of the Russian Federation except for waterbodies subject to monitoring by the federal executive bodies, and also of waterbodies and waterworks located on the territory of a region of the Russian Federation pertaining either to regional or municipal public property”.
