Ministerial Decree No. 856 of 1998 regarding keeping up of state urban cadastre and monitoring of the objects of urban planning.

The Government decrees to entitle the Ministry on Land Policy, Construction and Housing and Communal Services with the elaboration and validation of the Legislative Acts regarding keeping up of state urban cadastre and monitoring of the objects of urban planning. Ministry on Land Policy, Construction and Housing and Communal Services is entitled to keep up state urban cadastre and monitoring of the objects of urban planning as regards the national territory, Regional bodies of urban planning and architecture are responsible for regional territories and local departments of urban planning and architecture are responsible for municipal territories.
