Ministerial Decree No.1117 of 1998 regarding state institution authorized to conclude agreements for the concession in lease to legal persons of nuclear materials pertaining to federal property.

The Premier decrees to establish that Ministry of Nuclear Energy is Federal Executive Body authorized to conclude agreements for the concession in lease to legal persons of nuclear materials pertaining to federal property. The Ministry of Nuclear Energy is authorized to conclude the aforesaid agreements exclusively with legal persons in possession of licences for carrying out activity of putting into and out of operation nuclear plants, keeping storage sites of nuclear materials and handling of nuclear materials as well as utilization of nuclear materials for scientific research and experiment and projecting issued by Federal Survey on Nuclear and Radioactive Safety.
