Abstract
The Premier orders to establish that the Committee on Geology and Use of Subsoil and its territorial branches are authorized institutions entitled to carry out state expertise of the stock of minerals, geological, economic and ecological information regarding the plots of subsoil conceded in use. The Ministry for Environmental Protection and Natural Resources and its territorial branches are authorized institutions entitled to carry out state ecological expertise and must provide for state ecological information regarding the plots of subsoil to be conceded in use. State Commission on valuation of the stock of minerals attached to the Ministry for Environmental Protection and Natural Resources must be transferred under the jurisdiction of the Committee on Geology and Use of Subsoil.
