Ministerial Decree No.318 regarding the state forest register.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of keeping the state forest register containing information and data on forests, management, conservation, protection and reproduction thereof, and also on forestries and forest parks. The Register consists of three sections: (a) forests and forest resources containing data on forestland, protection forest, reserve forest, plots of land and qualitative and quantitative characteristics thereof; (b) forest management containing data on the authorized forest uses and plots of forests conceded in use to legal and natural persons; and (c) protection, conservation and reproduction of forests containing information on the arrangements for the protection, conservation and reproduction of forests.
