Order No. 194 of the Federal Forest Agency validating the Regulation on keeping state forest register.

This Order establishes the modalities of keeping state forest register that represents systematized body of documented information on forests, forest management, protection, conservation, reproduction of forests, forest districts and forest parks. The purpose of state forest register shall be rational management, conservation, protection, reproduction of forests, systematic control over quantitative and qualitative changes to forests and provision with reliable data state bodies, regional authorities, local self-government, forest managing institutions, and natural and legal persons concerned. State forest register shall be composed of four Sections: (a) forests and forest resources; (b) forest management; (c) conservation and protection of forests; and (d) reproduction of forests.
