Abstract
The Government, for the purpose of control over the purchase and the utilization of the main technological equipment for manufacturing ethyl alcohol and (or) alcohol products, decrees to validate the Regulation. The Government entitles the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food with state registration of the main technological equipment for manufacturing ethyl alcohol and (or) alcohol products. This Regulation regards organizations that manufacture ethyl alcohol and (or) alcohol products and that use the main technological equipment made either in the Russian Federation or abroad. Organizations purchasing equipment must forward within 30 days from the date of its installation a request for its state registration respectively to the Ministry of Economy and to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food keep state register of the main technological equipment. Re-registration of the main technological equipment is carried out only in case of its assignation in accordance with the established procedure to another organization. State registration of the main technological equipment is carried out on the payment basis at the expense of the requesting organizations.
