Abstract
Premier decrees to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the modalities of licensing of activity regarding storage of grain and its derivates carried out by juridical persons and individual entrepreneurs. Licensing is carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture. Licensing requirements include : a). meeting the requirements of storage of grain and its derivates guaranteeing their quantitative and qualitative conservation and rational utilization ; b). legal availability to licensee of edifices and premises necessary for storage of grain and its derivates ; c). utilization of equipment and other technical means meeting the requirements of technological process of storage of grain and its derivates validated by the manager of the legal entity or by individual entrepreneur ; d). availability of the corresponding qualification to individual entrepreneur and experts of juridical persons ; e). observance of sanitary, technological and fire-prevention requirements. The term of licence is 5 years and can be extended in accordance with application of the licensee.
