Abstract
This Federal Law regulates the relationship originating between federal executive bodies, regional executive bodies, juridical persons and individual employers in connection with the realisation of licensing of some types of activity listed in the paragraph 1 of the Article 17 of this Federal Law. This Law doesn't cover the following types of activity: 1) Production and transactions with ethyl alcohol, alcoholic produce and spirituous liquors 2) Vending of firearms and munitions 3) The use of natural resources including the use of subsoil forests the vegetable kingdom and wildlife. Article 17 lists the types of activity subject to licensing, including restoration of cultural heritage, geodetic activity, cartographic activity, active impact on hydrometeorological processes and phenomena, hydrometeorological and similar activity, activity related to pathogens, manufacturing of disinfecting, fumigation and de-rating means, navigation (transportation of cargo by water-ways), harbour service and the use of harbour facilities, pedigree stockbreeding, production of elite seeds, manufacturing of tobacco, transhipment, storage of grain and its derivatives and veterinary activity.
