Abstract
State nature reserves are environmental, scientific research and ecological and educational federal institutions aimed at conservation and study of the natural course of environmental processes and phenomena, genetic stock of vegetable kingdom and wildlife, single species and communities of plants and wild animals, typical and unique ecosystems. The document consists of XI Sections. Sec.I lays down general provisions. Sec.II establishes the tasks of state natural reserves. Sec.III establishes the modalities of setting up state natural reserves. Sec.IV regards management of state natural reserves. Sec.V regards status of state natural; reserves. Sec.VI regards regime of state natural reserves. Sec.VII regards organization of the protection of state natural reserves. Sec.VIII regards scientific and research activity in reserves. Sec.IX regards financial and economic activity of state natural reserves. Sec.X working conditions and remuneration of the personnel of state natural reserves. Sec.XI regards state control in the sphere of organization and functioning of state natural reserves.
