Abstract
Paragraph 1 of the issues 1 acquires a new wording: “State environment conservation areas are nature protection, scientific and research and ecological and educational institutions of federal subordination aimed at conservation and study of the natural course of natural processes and phenomena, genetic stock of flora and fauna, single species and communities of plants and wild animals, typical and unique ecosystems.” Issues 2-5 acquire a new wording: “State environment conservation areas are entitled with the following tasks: carrying out protection of nature conservation areas for the purpose of conservation of biological diversity and maintaining natural state of protected areas; organization and carrying out research, including Chronicle of the nature; carrying out ecological monitoring; ecological education; participation in ecological audit.” Section V and issue 7 acquire a new wording: “Land and subsoil, flora and fauna situated on the territory of state environment conservation areas are conceded in use (ownership) to state environment conservation areas on conditions envisaged by the federal legislation. Their expropriation or any other cessation of rights to them is prohibited.”
