The Premier, for the purpose of the provision of the officials of the territorial branches and organizations of the authorized federal institution in the field hydro-meteorology and adjacent fields with regulation firearms and firearms for civic use, decrees to validate the list of the officials subject to issuing firearms and the list of categories, types and models of regulation firearms and firearms for civic use for use by officials of the territorial branches and organizations of the authorized federal institution in the field hydro-meteorology and adjacent fields.
