Abstract
The Government, for the purpose of improvement state control over revenue to the budgets of all levels originating from the circulation of ethyl alcohol and spirituous products manufactured from all types of raw materials, decrees to introduce state registration of denatured ethyl alcohol and spirituous products manufactured from all types of raw materials containing one or more denatured additives (ingredients) that exclude the possibility of their utilization for manufacturing of alcohol products and foodstuffs in accordance with the list of the Annex 1. Ministry of Agriculture and Food is entitled to carry out state registration of denatured ethyl alcohol extracted from alimentary raw materials and spirituous solutions manufactured with its utilization. Ministry of Economy is entitled to carry out state registration of ethyl alcohol extracted from non-alimentary raw materials and spirituous solutions manufactured with its utilization. The Government decrees to establish that manufacturing of denatured ethyl alcohol is prohibited from the date of the official publication of the present Ministerial Decree, manufacturing of denatured spirituous products is prohibited a month after the official publication of the present Ministerial Decree, to prohibit the circulation of denatured ethyl alcohol two months after the official publication of the present Ministerial Decree and to prohibit the circulation of denatured spirituous products manufactured from all types of raw materials three months after the official publication of the present Ministerial Decree.
