Order No. 138 of the Ministry of Natural Resources validating the form of the state water register.

This Order establishes the classification of water bodies and water resources in accordance with their use and the mapping and boundaries of water basins, water conservation zones and water protection areas. It contains water registration forms for the state registration of water abstraction, licensing of water uses, water use contracts and the right of ownership to water bodies.
