The President of the Federal Fisheries Committee orders to validate the list the list of activity regarding the organization of sport and artisanal fishing, and also the list of aquatic biological resources subject to licensing by the regional executive bodies of the RF subjects. The list of activities subject to licensing includes sport and artisanal fishing, organization of fish farming enterprises for the purpose of the organization of sport and artisanal fishing, organization of procurement of bait, including catch of mollusc and not valuable fish species, artisanal catch of crustaceans and underwater hunting. The fish species destined for the aforesaid purposes include anadromous and freshwater fishes.
