Order No. 186 of the Ministry of Natural Resources validating the Regulation on recording of data in the state water register.

This Order establishes the competence of the Federal Water Resources Agency and its territorial branches as regards keeping the state water register and registration of data therein. Data subject to registration in the state water register shall include: (a) water use contract; (b) transfer of water rights; and (c) concession of waterbodies. The period of recording shall be set from 30 to 90 days from the date of reception of data.
