Order No. 193 of the Ministry of Agriculture on contracts for the allocation of the fishing areas for coastal fisheries of the Pacific salmon.

This Order establishes the modalities of carrying out open tenders for the making of contracts for the allocation of the fishing areas for coastal fisheries of the Pacific salmon. The tender can regard more than one fishing area in which case each fishing area shall represent a separate lot. Federal Fisheries Agency shall be the institution authorized to call for tender. The participants of the tender shall be legal persons and individual entrepreneurs registered in the region of the Russian Federation under which jurisdiction is posted the fishing area proposed for tender.
