Order No. 199 of the Ministry of Natural Resources regarding organisational matters of the management of the inter-regional territorial branches of the Ministry.

The purpose of this Order is the improvement of functioning of the system of the territorial (local) branches of the Ministry in connection with the entrustment with the functions of the abolished Federal Environmental Committee and Federal Forest Service and the passage of their territorial branches under the jurisdiction of the Ministry. The Minister decrees that the functioning of the Ministry as a Federal Executive Body is carried out either through the Ministry itself or through the territorial inter-regional branches - the Departments of Natural Resources, set up within the boundaries of the Federal Districts. The total number of the Departments is 7 in accordance with the number of the Federal Districts.
