This Order validates the Regulation on implementation by the Federal Water Resources Agency of the authority to establish, change and stop the existence of flooded and underflooded zones, including data collection, mapping and zoning of the flooded and underflooded zones, processing of the aforesaid data and forwarding information to the Ministry of civil protection, emergency situations and mitigation of the consequences of natural disasters and to the Federal State Registration, Cadastre and Cartographic Service.
