Abstract
General Regulation has been elaborated in accordance with the Basic Forestry Legislation. It determines the legal status of the forestry of the Federal Forest Service that holds the right of ownership of the forestry resources, establishes the essence of their activity and the rights in the field of the regulation of forest relationship. General Regulation regards also protected areas, national parks, training and experimental forestry that exercise the right of forest ownership in accordance with the Basic Forestry Legislation. The Regulation consists of 7 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 determines the tasks and the functions of forestry. Section 3 establishes the structure and the management of forestry. Section 4 regards forest service. Section 5 concerns the property and means of forestry. Section 6 determines the rights of forestry. Section 7 deals with accountability and control.
