Order No. 279 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating fishing authorization form.

The Minister validates fishing authorization form issued to the Russian fishing organizations using fishing vessels, except for areas covered by Convention on the conservation of Antarctic marine living resources of 20 May 1980 and International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tuna 1966 (Annex 1); fishing authorization form issued to the Russian fishing organizations without the use of fishing vessels (Annex 2); fishing authorization form issued to the foreign fishing organizations using fishing vessels for fisheries in the EEZ of the Russian Federation and also fishing authorization form issued to the Russian fishing organizations using fishing vessels, for areas covered by Convention on the conservation of Antarctic marine living resources of 20 May 1980 and International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tuna 1966 (Annex 3); fishing authorization form issued to the Russian nationals for artisanal and sport fishing (Annex 4); and form of the register for registration of fishing authorizations (Annex 5).
