Order No. 855 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the forms of permits for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources and the register of permits for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources.

This Order validates: (a) the form of permit for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources issued to Russian users for the implementation of extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources using fishing vessels, in accordance with Annex No. 1; (b) the form of permit for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources issued to Russian users for the implementation of extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources without using fishing vessels, in accordance with Annex No. 2; (c) the form of permit for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources issued to foreign users for the implementation of extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources using fishing vessels in the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation in the field of fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources, in accordance with Annex No. 3; (d) the form of permit for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources issued to Russian users for the implementation by recreational fishing organizations, according to Annex No. 4; and (e) the form of the register of permits for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources in accordance with Annex No. 5.
