Abstract
This Order establishes the modalities of calculation and collection of fees for management of fishfarming areas, regulated by contracts concluded by the outcome of auction. Calculation of initial fees to be put on public auction sale shall be competence of the Federal Fisheries Agency.

Order No. 408 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Procedure for concluding an agreement on fishfarming area use for pasture aquaculture in relation to anadromous fish species with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs that used their own funds for artificial reproduction of anadromous fish species at a fishery waterbody or a part of it in the inland waters of the Russian Federation, with the exception of inland sea waters of the Russian Federation, using their buildings, facilities and other property for raising, keeping, release and other activities in relation to anadromous fish species, without holding tenders (tenders, auctions).
