Order No. 31 of Federal Service on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (ROSHYDROMET) validating Regulation on the modalities of the organization and carrying out state supervision over activity causing active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes.

This Regulation determines the modalities of the organization and carrying out state inspection of activity causing active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes on the territory of the Russian Federation and is compulsory for specialized institutions and other organizations irrespectively of their organizational and legal status that are authorized to carry out activity causing active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes. Federal Service on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (ROSHYDROMET), its territorial branches and subordinate organizations are authorized to carry out state control (survey) over activity causing active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes. The Regulation consists of 3 Chapters and contains 2 Annexes. Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 determines the modalities of the organization and carrying out state survey over activity causing active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes. Chapter 3 determines the modalities of carrying out the arrangements for the prevention and suppression of the exposed violations in the process of carrying out activity causing active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes.
