Abstract
The following items of the Regulation must be amended. Item 2.1.1 of the paragraph 2 acquires a new wording that reads as follows: “Inspection must be carried out in accordance with planned schedule and envisages the analysis of the activity of the juridical person authorized to carry out activity of active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes as regards the fulfilment of licensing conditions and requirements, instructions and norms regulating the aforesaid work. Inspection must be carried out to the extent envisaged by ordinances of ROSHYDROMET, its territorial branches and subordinate organizations (in accordance with the form adduced in the Annex 3). Inspection regarding a single juridical person can be carried out no more than once in two years.” Item 2.1.2 of the paragraph 2 acquires a new wording that reads as follows: “Extraordinary inspection of work done is carried out for the purpose of removal of the violations exposed by in the process of inspection. Extraordinary arrangements for inspection of work done are also carried out on receiving information from juridical persons, individual business undertakers and state institutions regarding violation of technological processes or application of new methods and means of active impact that had not passed environmental audit.”
