Order No. 315 of 1993 of the Ministry of Agriculture regarding hunting permits

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation on the modalities of issuing of hunting permits. The Regulation establishes that hunting permit is granted only to authorized persons, either holders of hunting card released by state hunting commissions or holders of membership hunting card released by hunting associations. The Department of protection and rational use of wildlife species of the Ministry of Agriculture and its territorial (local) branches is entitled to issue hunting cards. hunting associations are entitled to issue membership hunting cards.
