Order No. 321 of the Federal Fisheries Agency validating the Regulation on operation of fishing inspectors not on permanent staff.

This Regulation has as its purpose regulation of activity of the public fishing inspectors not on permanent staff under the jurisdiction of the Federal Fisheries Agency considered to perform his duties as federal civil servant in the sphere of protection of aquatic biological resources and the natural habitats thereof. Public protection of aquatic biological resources is organized for the purpose of rendering assistance to the officials entitled with the task of the protection of aquatic biological resources and the natural habitats thereof. The public fishing inspectors must carry out together with the officials of territorial body of the Federal Fisheries Agency protection of aquatic biological resources and the natural habitats thereof, and ensure control over the enforcement of the normative legal acts in the sphere of the regulation of the management of aquatic biological resources.
