Abstract
The Regulation consists of V Sections. The President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of the regulation of activity of the public fishing inspectors under the jurisdiction of the Federal Fisheries Committee as regards the protection of aquatic biological resources and the natural habitats thereof, orders to validate the Regulation (Annex 1), the form of certificate “Public fishing inspector” (Annex 2) and the description of the form of certificate “Public fishing inspector” (Annex 3). Public protection of aquatic biological resources is organized for the purpose of rendering assistance to the officials entitled with the task of the protection of aquatic biological resources and the natural habitats thereof. The present Regulation determines the modalities of the organization of activity of the public fishing inspectors, the tasks and the rights thereof in the sphere of suppression of the violation of the legislation on fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources. Citizens engaged in the protection of aquatic biological resources and the officials of the fishing organizations can be granted the rights of the public fishing inspectors by decision of the Federal Fisheries Committee and its territorial (basin) institutions. The public fishing inspectors must carry out together with the state fishing inspection the protection of aquatic biological resources and the natural habitats thereof, and ensure control over the enforcement of the normative legal acts in the sphere of the regulation of the management of aquatic biological resources.
