Abstract
This Order establishes prohibition of industrial fishing of Pacific salmon until 31 December 2020 in the following fishing areas with the use of the following fishing gear: (a) in the Kamchatka Bay with the use of fixed seines with the length of the central cable of the fixed seine from the point of its attachment on the shore to the head buoy in the direction of the bay more than 1 000 m; (b) in the East Sakhalin subarea (from Cape Terpeniya to Cape Krillon) using fixed seines with the length of the central wing of a seine installed from the coastline inland or bay, more than 1500 m; (c) in the Amur estuary (waters adjacent to the Khabarovsk region) with the use of fixed seines of the "run-in" type with a length central wing over 1500 m; (d) in the Amur estuary (waters adjacent to the Khabarovsk region) with the use of fixed seines such as "fences" with more than one mousing hook; and (e) in the Amur River using smooth nets.
