Abstract
The President of the Committee orders to validate the Regulation. The document consists of V Parts. Part I lays down the general provisions. Part II establishes the main principles of the assessment of environmental impact. Part III determines the stages of the assessment of the environmental impact. Part IV regards public information and public participation in the process of the assessment of environmental impact. Part V establishes the requirements to the documentation regarding the assessment of environmental impact. The document contains 1 Annex that comprehends the Model contents of the documentation regarding the assessment of environmental impact of the projected economic activity in investment planning.
