Abstract
This Order sets requirements for composition and filing of materials related to exploration of solid minerals, including diamonds and coal, submitted for state expertise. State expertise can be carried out at the exploration stage provided that submitted materials shall enable objective qualitative and quantitative assessment of the stock of solid minerals. Solid minerals exploration materials shall be submitted to the Federal Agency on Subsoil Management. The materials shall contain, inter alia, the following: (a) geological structure of minerals; (b) composition and technological properties of minerals; (c) hydrogeological conditions of extraction; (d) associated minerals; (e) environmental protection issues; and (f) assessment of stock of minerals.
