Abstract
This Order validates the Regulation on the issuance of permits to purchase seized sturgeon species and products thereof, including caviar, protected by CITES. Such permits shall be issued by the administrative body of CITES in the Russian Federation, and shall attest to the lawfulness of the purchase. Permits shall be valid for up to three months maximum. The Order contains the permit application form.
