Order No.304 of 2001 of the Ministry of Agriculture regarding amendments and addenda to the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture No.569 of 2000 regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities of issuing of the long-term licences.

The Minister, because of the necessity of more precise definition of the modalities of issuing long-term hunting licences, orders to introduce the following amendments : 1. issue 6 acquires a new wording « Licensing authority must examine applications for hunting licences within 30 days from their forwarding, elaborates expert opinion on the matter, inserts into long-term licence hunting conditions, elaborated on the basis of federal and territorial standards, regulations, limits and norms, that are integral part of the licence. » ; 2. to substitute in the second paragraph of the issue 11 the wording « not over 3 years » with the wording « by agreement between the parties ».
