Order No. 388 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the types of arrangements related to the reproduction of the fertility of agricultural land, and the procedure for determining the cost of their implementation.

This Order lists the following types of arrangements, related to the reproduction of agricultural land fertility: (a) clearing land of woody and herbaceous vegetation; (b) clearing land of hummocks, stumps and moss; (c) clearing land of stones and other objects; (d) primary tillage; (e) liming of soil; (f) phosphoritization of soil; (g) soil gypsuming; (h) application of mineral fertilizers; and (i) application of organic fertilizers. It establishes calculation formula for determining the cost of arrangements for the reproduction of the fertility of agricultural land.
