Order No. 392 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Methodology for calculating the volume of aquaculture species subject to withdrawal in the course of pasture aquaculture.

Methodology for calculating the volume of aquaculture species subject to withdrawal in the course of pasture aquaculture shall be used by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, carrying out pasture aquaculture, research organizations, subordinated to the Federal Agency for Fisheries. Fish farms that have entered into a contract for the use of a fish breeding site calculate the volume of aquaculture species subject to withdrawal when carrying out pasture aquaculture, taking into account the number of juveniles (larvae) of aquatic biological resources released before the conclusion of the contract for the use of a fish breeding site before the deadline for the withdrawal of pasture aquaculture species released in the first year after conclusion of a contract for the use of a fish farm. For the purposes of this Methodology, the initial data for calculating the volume of aquaculture species subject to withdrawal are: (a) stage of development and average weight (grams) of produced aquaculture species; (b) the number of released juveniles (larvae) of the aquaculture species (thousand pieces), released before the conclusion of the contract on the use of the fish-breeding site (thousand pieces); (c) the duration of growing (feeding period) of aquaculture species (full years); and (d) the withdrawal rate of aquaculture species in kilograms per one thousand pieces of released juveniles of aquaculture species (kilogram/thousand copies), the values of which are contained in the appendix to this Methodology.
