Order No. 534 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Regulation on methodology of calculation of the volume of aquaculture species authorized for catch in the process of performing pasturable fishfarming.

This Regulation validates the methodology of calculation of the volume of aquaculture species authorized for catch in the process of performing pasturable fishfarming applicable by legal persons, individual entrepreneurs and scientific research institutions under the jurisdiction of the Federal Fishery Agency performing pasturable fishfarming. The following data shall be used as basic for calculation of total allowable catch: (a) the amount of released small fry (spawn) of aquaculture species; (b) average weight of released small fry (spawn) of aquaculture species; (c) average weight of different age groups subject to catch of aquaculture species; (d) information on the average life expectancy of aquaculture species and the time period required for the reach of the average weight for catch; and (e) information on the natural mortality of aquaculture species subject to catch.
