Order No. 403 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology “On restrictions on amateurish and sport hunting in relation to hunting resources in semi-free conditions and artificially created habitat.”

This Order establishes restrictions on amateurish and sport hunting in relation to hunting resources in semi-free conditions and artificially created habitat. In particular, it prohibits: (a) use of hunting gear and hunting methods non complying with humanity and non-preventing cruel treatment of hunting resources (game); (b) use of other live hunting animals with signs of injury or mutilation to attract game; (c) use of hunting birds in the absence of authorization for breeding and keeping thereof; (d) organization of a corral of hunting animals, in which hunters move inside enclosure, surrounding the animals caught in the enclosure; (e) shooting "on noise", "on rustle", at an unclearly visible target; (f) shooting along the line of shooters (when the projectile can pass closer than 15 meters from the adjacent shooter); (g) shooting at a bird taking off below 2.5 meters when hunting in thickets, bushes or a limited view of the area; (h) unauthorized movement from the place of the shooting position, approach to a fallen, killed, wounded hunting animal before the end of the enclosure, in case of joint action for search, tracking, pursuit and hunting of game by two or more hunters; (i) hunting with defective hunting weapons; and (j) directing a loaded hunting weapon towards other individuals.
