Order No. 404 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology validating requirements for a land plot and (or) a forest plot intended for amateurish and sport hunting in relation to hunting resources in semi-free conditions and artificially created habitat.

This Order validates requirements for a land plot and (or) a forest plot intended for amateurish and sport hunting in relation to hunting resources in semi-free conditions and artificially created habitat. Minimum land area for game intended for amateurish and sport hunting in relation to hunting resources in semi-free conditions and artificially created habitat shall be as follows: (a) 50 ha for mammals; and (b) 5 ha for birds. The boundaries of the plot must be marked in a way ensuring identification of hunting ground. The site should provide for the possibility of using by game of natural or artificial shelters (availability of tree and shrub vegetation, elements of relief and landscape, artificial reconstructive vegetation and (or) other shelters).
