Order No. 454 of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (ROSTEKHNADZOR) validating the rules for organizing the formation and maintenance of a fund of federal norms and regulations in the field of the use of nuclear energy, as well as the provision of information contained therein.

The organization of the formation and maintenance of a fund of federal norms and rules in the field of the use of nuclear energy is carried out in order to ensure the provision of information contained in the Fund to natural persons and legal entities. The organization of scientific and technical support carries out: (a) compilation and storage of texts of federal norms and rules in the field of the use of nuclear energy, taking into account changes made to them (if any), as well as documents created during their development; (b) collection, recording and updating of information related to the documents specified in the item (a).
