Order No. 47 of the Ministry for Environmental Protection and Natural resources regarding regional and inter-regional ecological programs aimed at the prevention of emergencies.

The Minister, for the purpose of speeding-up environmental protection arrangements and stimulation of the rational nature management and environmental protection, orders to validate the immediate ecological programs in accordance with the Annex and to authorize territorial branches of the Ministry to support the formation and the realization of the aforesaid programs. The Annex contains the following programs: 1) State program for the introduction of the technology of purification of potable water by aluminium oxichloride in the towns of Russia. 2) State program for the elaboration and manufacturing of compact installations for the purification of domestic effluent waste water. 3) State program for the elaboration and manufacturing of a new generation of equipment for dehydratation of precipitation. 4) State program for the introduction of a new generation of ion interchange tar for water treatment in the potable water and hot water supply systems. 5) State program for the introduction of water treatment technologies in the heating and hot water supply systems.
