Order No. 471 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Regulation on the procedure for filing reports on the amount of release to waterbodies and the amount of catch of aquaculture species.

This Order establishes the procedure and the deadlines for filing reports on the amount of release to waterbodies and the amount of catch of aquaculture species by fishfarming enterprises to the territorial body of the Federal Fishery Agency. Report on release must contain the following data: (a) identification data of fishfarming enterprise; (b) identification data of manager; (c) banking data and taxpayer’s identification data; (d) date of conclusion and number of contract for management of fishfarming site, and the date of release of aquaculture species; (e) place of release of aquaculture species; (f) registration number of fishfarming site; (g) list of aquaculture species (names written in Russian and Latin languages); (h) amount of released species (thousands of pieces); (i) amount of aquaculture species subject to catch (thousands of pieces); (j) date of catch (year, month(s) ); (k) source/origin of stocking material; and (l) temperature of air and water at the moment of release.
