Order No. 691 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on the procedure for reporting on the volume of release into waterbodies and the volume of withdrawal from waterbodies of aquaculture species.

This procedure defines the procedure for providing fish farms that have fishfarming plots in use, as well as fish farms performing pond aquaculture (fishfarming) in ponds, formed by water-retaining structures on watercourses and with a water area of not more than 200 hectares, based on the decision to provide a waterbody for use to the territorial body of the Federal Fisheries Agency, responsible for the territory on which waterbody is located, of information and documents on the volume of release into waterbodies and the volume of removal from waterbodies of aquaculture species, as well as the terms and conditions of their submittal. The fish farm provides to the territorial administration of the Federal Fisheries Agency, an act of release confirming the withdrawal of aquaculture species during implementation of pasturable aquaculture, which must contain the following data: (a) information about fishfarming enterprise: name, address of the legal entity in place of location, taxpayer identification number and basic state registration number, signature of an authorized person indicating the position (if available), last name, first name, patronymic (if available) - for a legal entity and a peasant farm established as a legal entity; details of a passport or other identity document, address registration at the place of residence (stay), identification number of taxpayer and main state registration number of individual entrepreneur, signature, surname, name, patronymic (if available) - for an individual entrepreneur and a peasant farm, constituted without the formation of a legal entity; (b) phone number, e-mail address (if any); (c) details of the contract for the use of the fish-breeding area pertaining to state or municipal ownership; (d) date and place of release of aquaculture species; (e) location and area of the fish breeding area; (f) species composition of aquaculture species (name in Russian and Latin languages); (g) the volume of released aquaculture species (thousand pieces); (h) the amount of aquaculture species subject to withdrawal (tons); (i) the period of withdrawal of aquaculture species (year, month (months); (j) average weight of released small fry by types of aquaculture species (grams); (k) coefficient of removal of aquaculture species, established in the calculation methodology related to the amount of aquaculture species subject to withdrawal in the course of pasturable aquaculture performance; (l) source (sources) of obtaining seeding material (from one’s own broodstock, when harvesting (catching) aquatic biological resources, from the acquisition in another fish farm, when larvae (spat) of bottom invertebrates settle on technical means, designed to collect the settling larvae of benthic invertebrates.
